I WAS ONCE TRAVELING IN THE TRAIN I CAME ACROSS ONE OLD LADY WHO WAS.......
WRINKLES RUNNING ALL OVER HER FACE,SHE WAS WEARING A COTTON SAREE WITH SOME FLOWERS IN HER HAIR.. SHE HOLED ONE THICK PLASTIC BAG I DONT KNOW WAT WAS IN IT.. BUT AS SHE CAME AND SAT NEXT TO ME I WAS BUSY THINKING ABOUT MY OWN THINGS SUDDENLY ONE SMALL BOY CAME WHO WILL BE ABOUT TEN YEARS OLD.. HE WAS HOLDING ONE BALBHARTI BOOK IN HIS HAND THE BOY WAS SO TIRED TAT HE ALMOST FALL ASLEEP AS HE RESTED ON THE SEAT.SOON AFTER THIS THE OLD WOMAN SAID
OLD WOMAN- BETA WHERE DO YOU WANT TO GO?
BOY- MUMBAI CENTRAL

DADAR PASSED, ELPHISTEN PASSED, LOWER PAREL AND THEN IT WAS MAHALAXMI.. THE ENTIRE COMPARTMENT WAS ABOUT TO GET EMPTY AT MUMBAI CENTRAL THE BOY WAS FAST ASLEEP,, I FELT LIKE WAKING HIM UP BUT I THOUGHT WHY SHOULD I HE IS NOTHING TO ME.. THEN AGAIN MY CONSCIENCE PRICKED MY SANA WAKE HIM UP I SAID OK IF THE TRAIN HALTS AND IF HE WILL NOT GET UP I WILL WAKE HIM UP!!
THE TRAIN SLOWED DOWN THE PLAT FORM CAME THE TRAIN WAS ABOUT TO STOP BUT THE BOY DIDNT WAKE UP.. THE OLD WOMAN SAID- BETA ITS MUMBAI CENTRAL GET UP..
BOY- HMMM (IN HIS SLEEP)
OLD WOMAN- SHE SHOOED HIM RIGOROUSLY AND ASKED HIM TO GET UP.
BOY GOT UP AND BOARDED DOWN. BUT IN THIS WHOLE CONVERSATION I WAS FEELING GUILTY COZ IT WAS EVEN MY RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS THE BOY NO WONDER WHO WAS HE?FROM WHERE WAS HE? BUT HUMANITY IS LOST YES ITS NO MORE IN ANYONE OF US....... BUT ONE ACT BY THE OLD WOMAN PRICKED MY CONSCIENCE... IF ONE PERSONS ACTION CAN CHANGE OTHERS THAN WE MUST ALSO START PRACTICING GOOD THINGS IN OUR DAY TO DAY LIFE YOU NEVER NO THE FEELING OF HUMANITY WHICH IS LOOSING IT ROOTS WILL BE FERTILIZED BY OUR GOOD DEEDS AND WORDS..
ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO SAVE HUMANITY COZ I DON'T BELIEVE IN ANY RELIGION BUT I BELIEVE IN ONE HUMANISM I AM NOT A MUSLIM FIRST, NOT EVEN AN INDIAN, NOT EVEN A MUMBAIKAR,,I AM A HUMAN YES THAT OLD LADY'S ACTION CHANGED MY THINKING AND MY ACTION WILL CHANGE SOME ONE ELSE'S..SO NOW I ENJOY HELPING OTHERS AND CHANGING LIVES..MY ACTIONS WILL BE A REASON FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S SMILE.. AND MY REASON OF BEING A HUMAN IS OVER.....

The Green Patch cause more global warming!!!!!! HIGH ALERT!!!

This is context to the (Lil) Green Patch application on face book which states something like this--

(Lil) Green Patch needs your help to fight Global Warming.
You build a Green Patch with your friends.
The application shows a running count of the square feet of
rainforest saved by everyone as they use the application.
Square feet saved so far, 38M.--- Ashish Dixit and David King

There are more than 4,288,085 members in this application and they keep inviting others and sending patches to each other but people in the end you, yourself is contributing to global warming it consumes your electricity and every time you send a patch to others it takes time to send it as a user wrote on face book----

I do love this application.
There are numerous problems that plague it.
For one... it is too slow.
It takes sometimes a few reload/refresh on the browser just to make it load sometimes.
The received plants do not show all the time...
and will have a blank spot if seen on the profile...
it works even worse when viewing it on the new Face book Redesign.

Some of the major things that need to be worked on is this application:
-Be able to send multiple plants at once.
-Be able to send any gift to anyone...
-This includes the plants that one can buy.
-It needs to be faster.

Guys actually we still need to educate ourselves and others about global warming, how it is increasing and how can we avoid our contribution to it. Well we came up with Batti Band in the month of august or sept... but seriously it didn't help to decrease global warming instead it contributed to it. When we switched off all our lights and electrical equipments for one hour we all were thinking it will save electricity but instead of saving we gave up ample of electrical energy just in the midst of being a part of an event which was not at all organized keeping in mind the basics that our secondary school teachers have been teaching since years, my point is when a refrigerator or an air conditioner is just out of power when they are working normally and after a certain period if it is restarted again it will consume more energy than it did before!!.
so it is necessary to educate ourself about what global warming is and don't be a part of something which we are not really aware of and illiterate...
I even saw a small documentary about global warming which was telecast ed on one of our film awards night all the actors did a good work by educating the mass about global warming but just making statements and participating in any cause related to global warming will not stop their contribution to global warming..

First and foremost i would like to tell everyone reading this that GLOBAL WARMING needs no funds, it needs no big actors, all it needs is the participation of the mass, we need to involve each and every person on this earth, educate him and her about global warming use no paper, no internet, no sms es, no big hoardings, no radio... all this consumes energy why waste energy on a noble cause.. we need to draw pictures, pick up lines on the walls of the street i will consume less of energy and will avoid pollution. It will be in front of every single man, he will understand about global warming and will tell others about it like some one said NOT IN SIGHT SO NOT IN MIND....we need to find new motivational ways to inject the virus of global warming in every citizen of the world. its our responsibility and our duty to take care of the energy that almighty has showered on us. Global warming will never get over by GREEN PATCH etc.. or what ever. PEOPLE WE NEED TO BE SMART AND CONSERVING.
